Just trying to convince myself that I don’t have “Same-Face Syndrome”

These are all characters I’ve played in D&D before, and the mouth/tongue is how the top lady got her last name “Silvertongue” (the rune is in silver and it’s the first letter in the Khuzdul work for silver. Get it? Anyone? No one?)

Bobby Singer’s Study

I took Computer Animation this past semester, not realizing it was a 3D class. But, I decided to stick with it, since you never know when knowing how to use Maya will come in handy.

We only did 2 assignments, and the first was to do a room. So I chose Bobby’s study from Supernatural because there was a ton of reference and to be honest, I don’t know if I could have gotten the room done if it had come completely from my head.

Obviously it’s rather cleaned up in this picture, but I was running short on time so I didn’t get all of the papers pinned to the walls. Also, the room changed on the show A LOT so I just combined a few of the setups into a nicer looking one.

Enjoy!

Changeling Warlock
A character I created for a friend’s DnD game. She’s still one of my favorites.

I’ve always been a big fan of the Greek gods, and when Percy Jackson was first becoming big, I was a huge fan. So I did a set of 10 illustrations, as if for flashcards (which never made it into existence) of the gods with they sacred animals.
The order is:
Poseidon, Zeus, Hera, Hera, Apollo, Ares
Athena, Artemis, Hades, Hephaestus, Hermes
And before you start tearing this apart because you don’t agree with specific animals, every god/goddess has a myriad of animals that are sacred to them. I chose these ones specifically because they looked nice together. And YES, one of Apollo’s sacred animals is a dolphin. So please, I’ve heard your complaints a million times and I’m standing by my original designs.

What if the Fourth Doctor had knit his famous scarf?

What if the Fourth Doctor had knit his famous scarf?

This is the design I created for the back of my business card.
Originally it was this cutesy owl on a cute little branch, but we decided that it didn’t reflect the work I create as an artist.
So, I created this large, menacing owl-ish bird for the back, and I think it really reflects me.

I guess I should start posting here since this is my art blog on my business card and mailer
